The clock is ticking down towards the end of the day! I am glad that this day has gone as well as it has. I had a small victory yesterday; I managed to resist temptation twice last night and was pleased with myself for this.
Today I had a salad for lunch, this pleased me also as I am sticking to the guidelines of my habits very closely and I think it is slowly having results. I forgot to take my lunch today so that made it a little harder.
I was a little down at the start of the week about the admonition to be calling and prospecting more, but now the idea has grown on me and I am liking what I have to do to make this happen. Let’s see how this rolls out.
