Whew it’s almost and I missed breakfast this morning. I am feeling it right now which is really funny because I used to skip breakfast all the time.
I am almost complete my first week of a new program to address my eating etc. I am doing well at the eating have to work on the exercise portion however.
I am going to use my blog to track my progress on this. I had a really negative experience yesterday that had I just waited instead of pushed my own agenda could have been avoided. You would think I had learned this lesson by now, but no I haven’t so I pushed and was hurt in the process.
Anyhow on a more positive note already my program seems to be making a difference. When I stepped on the scale yesterday it was 290 or below which is about a five pound reduction since the first of the week.
I loved the sentiment a friend posted this morning on face-book! “Alright Monday, bring it on I am ready for you!”
